A magnificent blue flowered shrub from Bolivia. I have avoided it for a long time because I didn't believe it was hardy but I have seen it prosper in much colder gardens than mine
so this dark flowered appealed. Currently in the Hedychium house, once it has grown enough I will root cuttings and try it outside.
