A complex flower colour, I was given a leaf in 2010. Raised by Dibleys. Their catalogue says: "A new colour break; strong yellow background with inky blue veins and violet-blue edging. A plant of compact habit which flowers freely for 10 months. In "Plant Forum" in the JRHS the writer says: "The initial cross of this new Streptocarpus from Dibley's Nurseries was made in 1995. Finally, eight generations and 3,000 seedlings later, the nursery has introduced Streptocarpus 'Seren', a new colour break capable of flowering for more than 10 months of the year." |
