I grow it in the shade in a pot of well drained peaty soil. For a couple of years I have been frightened to split it for fear of killing it, but I have finally been forced into it,
and it seems to be prospering so I may have a bit more courage next year. The species comes from south-eastern Australia from southern Queensland to Tasmania, but away from the drier inland continemtal parts. |
