Pratia pedunculata 'Alba'

4th October 2015 6th July 2016 27th October 2016
A creeping plant from Australia where it is found in damp ground in New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania. It forms a low carpet and produces small flowers throughout the summer. This is the white flowered form which spreads vigorously without being menacingly invasive. The species should properly be called Lobelia pedunculata but it will take a while for the name change to filter through to common use.
