Populus alba 'Richardii'

A golden leaved form of the White Poplar. It is a favourite plant of mine, despite tending to be shrubby here. It can make a good tree, but it takes time
(ande probably some summer warmth). It grew fastest for me in the greenhouse, but it looks better now it is planted outside.
First shown at the International Exhibition, Chelsea in 1921.
