Nerine 'Daphne'

A bright orange cultivar raised by Tony Norris from a cross between N. 'Cynthia Chance' and N.bowdenii 'Manina'.
The Nerine Nurseries catalogue for 1983-4 says:
"A very nice orange-salmon seedling raised by us in 1975. A six inch diameter head of eight to twelve florets is carried on a strong 17 inch stem. Very fine long stamens.
My plant fits the description very well but I can't see any sign of N. bowdenii in it. I think the original plant could have been an open pollinated seed from N. 'Cynthia Chance'.
