Digitalis sceptrum

I was given a seedling of this Madieran endemic two years ago and it has slowly expanded in the greenhouse.
It is probably not hardy enough to grow outside here, but as it occupies more space without showing signs of flowering
I am tempted to try it. Perhaps just one more year under cover.
