Cotoneaster glacialis

A medium sized and so far unremarkable shrub raised from seed collected by Chris Chadwell on his 2009 expedition to Makalu, the fifth highest mountain in the world on the border of
Nepal and the Tibet Autonomour Region of China.
Collected under number CC.6582, it was distributed in error as CC.6182. The collection notes say:
"compact, low growing; attractive leaves glossy green above; 2,700m"
