I have been having a good time enjoying the Camellia species I have run across. I was told
that there are two clones of this species in cultivation, a single pink and a double red. I didn't know which this was
until it flowered and now I am looking for the single pink. I think the foliage is fantastic and it hasn't been troubled
by the series of bad winters we have had recently.
One of the confusing Chinese plants where the line between wild species and cultivated forms has become blurred.
