An interesting variegated Bergenia, the pale markings are rather erratic.

Bergenias don't usually prosper for long in pots - they get old and ratty really quickly, and suffer from attacks from vine weevil. It has expanded substantially
now it is out in the ground.

It is a good thing that Bergenias are such good foliage plants, the flowers don't add much to the effect.
