Ranunculus ficaria 'Mimsey'

Ranunculus ficaria 'Mimsey' A sweet little plant found by Roz Robson during the 80's in the lane behind her house. Named after her cat who went on to give birth under the propagation bench of her nursery, which was strangely appropriate.

A perfect ring of yellow outer petals and a yellow doughnut of petaloids inside them. The rosettes lie very flat against the ground.

It was a black cat, in case you were wondering about the mark at the base of the leaf.
