Allium senescens var glaucum

One of my favourites of the small onions. All of them have their good moments, but so many of the species spoil it by throwing a hissy fit of crappiness at just the wrong moment, and this one doesn't. Excellent evergreen foliage with a good blue grey colour and rather chive-like pink flowers once the spring has advanced beyong the indecisive stage.
