Iris japonica 'Ledgers var'

Probably the best cultivar to date for conditions in the UK. Vigorous and not too badly affected by frost (they all get a bit ragged in winter, but it's not usually damaging in the long term). Pale lilac flowers with a strong egg-yolk yellow mark on the falls surrounded by a tide mark of purple spots.
